ANOTHERMOUNTAINMAN
b. 1960, Hong Kong. Lives and works in Hong Kong. anothermountainman (Stanley Wong) is an artist, photographer and designer, who gained international attention with his “red, white and blue” collection that was presented at the 51st Venice Biennale in 2005 representing Hong Kong. Since then, he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his works, most notably the Hong Kong Contemporary Art Awards 2012 and the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2011 for Best Artist (Visual Arts). His works have a unique focus on social issues and Buddhism.
