This panel imagines a radar tuned not to ships but to coral. At its center, a circular sonar screen drifts between reef and machine, its luminous lines radiating outward. A single blip registers an anomaly, both biogenic and unreadable. Surveillance visuals merge with slow sea architectures—reefs, polyps, crinoids, schools of fish, a manta ray, and hybrid creatures like a turtle or dolphin entangled with satellites.

The work explores sensing as both perception and intrusion. Patterns intended for classification reveal the limits of data: signals bleed into coral forms, surveillance zones become gray zones, and detection slips into imagination. Stitched texts echo radar logs, faltering before living forms, highlighting the instability between signal and noise, data and myth.
